Preaching at Reconciler

I preached this past Sunday at Reconciler and actually had a manuscript to post this time. You can find the sermon here , I was also solo, as Jane Schmoetzer has left for to be priest in charge in Montana, and Tripp was performing a wedding cerimony in Virginia. Admitedly it was a nice change of pace to leading in the whole service as opposed to simply a portion of the service. The real stress was last week being sick for most of it and not being able to ask Tripp or Jane to help put the order of worship together or pick the hymns for the service. But, everything worked out, and I still can't believe that I wrote the sermon Saturday night in one setting spending about 2 hours. Thankfully sometimes thats how it works.
